A Day In June is the directorial debut of acclaimed screenwriter Luke Shenton-Sharp.

He embarked on his narrative journey by co-writing the critically acclaimed short films HOPE (2020) and SINKING (2021) with director Shaun James Grant.

HOPE (2020) secured multiple awards at world renowned film festivals like the Rhode Island International Film Festival and the Manchester Film Festival.

SINKING (2021) received esteemed receptions at film festivals, winning awards at the likes of Bolton Film Festival.

As his career has progressed, Luke has ventured into solo writing endeavours and simultaneously refined his directorial talents through creating narrative within music videos. His artistic evolution now culminates in this significant moment, A Day In June.
